Reaction Time uncovers consumers’ TRUE ATTITUDES about brands, products, commercials and more.

In a short online survey we ask series of simple questions about a brand, a product, a celebrity or an ad. We know that consumers’ explicit and rational declarations are important but assessing those responses in the context of the time that consumers’ brains need to produce such answer, gives a new perspective, new insights and help to gain competitive edge. The Reaction Time reveals automatic, emotional reactions enhancing our understanding of consumer behavior.
Fast answers indicate strong and easily accessible attitudes which have the highest potential to influence consumers’ behavior. On the other hand slow answers suggest that on emotional, level consumers are not certain about their own attitudes, they do not truly believe in what they said or they have not made up their minds yet. Slow answers are provide with strong doubt and disbelief.
The Reaction Time reflects actual attitudes of consumer closer than the explicit rational opinions assessed just by traditional questionnaires. Therefore you can still enjoy the rational outcome of traditional survey but on top of that you gain new data leading to new insights and opening new perspectives – to better answer your research questions.

How much it costs?

The FREE OF CHARGE registration allows you to:

  • Design studies in a matter of minutes
  • Upload stimuli and use the iCode™ Cloud storage
  • Test redirections when iCode™ survey has to be a part of a bigger study
  • Preview, manage & run iCode™ surveys to start collecting the data
The FEE is charged when you access the results (interactive web report as well as excel/csv file).

The price is fixed at 90 EUR per single research screen where reaction time is measured – we call it an “item”.
For example:

1 element (e.g. brand) tested with 1 statement (e.g. question like: is trustworthy?) - equals 1 item priced at 90 EUR.
1 element x 10 statements = 10 items (900 EUR).
2 elements x 5 statements = 10 items (900 EUR).
3 elements x 10 statements = 30 items (2700 EUR)

To check how many items you will have in your study - simply multiply the number of elements you want to test (e.g. brands/products packages/ads) by the number of statements you use (questions).

IMPORTANT: We do not charge on respondent bases - you can test 1 000 or 10 000 respondents and the iCode™ price will remain the same.
